For more than 22 years, I worked in complex corporate environments, including 16 years in banking and financial leadership across finance, strategy, risk and business performance.
Working closely with executive leadership gave me a front-row seat to the realities of leading organisations through uncertainty, complexity and continuous change.

Over time, I became increasingly fascinated not only by business performance, but by the deeper human and systemic dynamics that determine whether organisations truly thrive.
About a decade ago, I chose to leave my corporate career and begin a different journey - one of exploration, learning and leadership development.
That path led me into executive coaching, systems thinking, self-management, living systems and the study of leadership beyond traditional hierarchy.
inspired by nature
Photography became part of that journey.
Through nature, I began recognising the same principles that allow living systems to flourish: adaptation, resilience, emergence and coherence.
I realised these were not simply principles of nature - they were principles of leadership.
